- What kind of proofs are available?
Proofs can be provided as hard copy proofs or they can be viewed as on-line proofs. If color is critical, you should view and approve hard copy proofs. If time is critical, on-line proofs are fast and convenient.
- Why do I need to approve a proof if I've given you approved PDF files?
Your PDF files still need to be paginated and processed to produce plates for the printing presses. Your software, fonts and file structure may occasionally cause conflicts that only you will notice in the processed PDF files. This is rare, but if time allows, proof approval is recommended.
- Why do some publication sizes require specific page counts?
Publications are printed and folded on press. Restrictions in paper roll sizes and the way a roll feeds through the press may limit the incremental page jumps allowed. If you request a quote, we can explain the page counts allowable based on the format and paper requirements of your publication.
- How do I go about getting an estimate from you?
We would suggest you use our online estimate request form on this website. If you can provide just a few specifications our sales department will contact you and send you a quote.
