Coldweb Printing
On newsprint and uncoated paper
For non-heatset projects, Evergreen operates two DGM440 presses, each with 16 units configured as four, 4-color towers, plus two Goss HV presses with 14 units each and one Goss HV with 16 units. This gives us tremendous capacity to provide a wide range of page counts and color options. Additionally, a variety of folding capabilities allows us to deliver many different size configurations.
Heatset Printing
On gloss and dull coated paper
Evergreen operates two Man-Roland Rotoman presses...an 8-unit press and a 6-unit press. This heatset capability allows Evergreen to offer gloss covers, gloss supplements and general commercial products including inserts, business reply cards, direct mail pieces and more...all under one roof.
